Noel has experience working with businesses, social enterprises, charitable nonprofits, and creative professionals in areas of law including entity setup and compliance, contracts, and trademark selection and registration.
He is currently based in Detroit but serves clients across Michigan. He has performed pro bono service for organizations and artists in various disciplines through the unfortunately shuttered Lawyers for the Creative Economy, and past speaking engagements include Art Prize, Wayne State University, and as a guest speaker at Build Institute.
